The hard alloy rotary file we manufacture is of high quality. It is widely used in machinery, automobiles, ships, chemical industry, craft carving and other industrial fields.
There are three types of cutting on the carbide burrs we manufacture: standard cutting, double cutting and Aluma cutting.
1. Standard cutting function:
Carbide rotating burrs are serrated and fine, and the surface finish is good. It is suitable for the processing of hardened steel with hardness HRC40-60 degrees, heat-resistant alloy, nickel-based alloy, cobalt-based alloy, stainless steel, etc.
2. Double cut function:
Carbide rotating burrs have short chips and high surface finish. Suitable for processing cast iron, cast steel, steel with hardness lower than HRC60, nickel-based alloy, cobalt-based alloy, austenitic stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.
3. Functions of Aluma Cut:
Carbide rotating burrs have a large chip cavity, very sharp cutting edges and rapid chip removal; it is suitable for processing aluminum, aluminum alloys, light metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, hard rubber, wood, etc.
