The new 3R and 3RS cutting edges represent a new cemented carbide product line specifically designed for harsh working conditions. These tungsten carbide burrs are characterized by excellent impact resistance and performance. The new cut is ideal for all applications involving high mechanical shock or impact loads. Effectively reduce the possibility of tooth cracking/breaking, chipping and burr cracking. Even if only a medium-power machine is used to mill at a low RPM, the occurrence of tooth damage can be significantly reduced.
As with all other carbide burrs, our 3R and 3RS cutting types stand out with perfectly matched tooth shape, number of teeth, helix angle, rake angle and concentricity. Because they have a high destocking capability throughout their service life, these tools can provide excellent results in the shortest time.
