Tungsten Double Cut Carbide Burrs For Rapid Stock Removal In The Harder Materials
The difference between double slot and single slot:
The double groove has a cross pattern, which is suitable for objects with low density. For example: used in wood, plastic, aluminum, etc.! The cross-patterned chip evacuation is fast, and it is not easy to block the pattern when grinding and engraving, so double grooves on soft objects are more suitable!
The texture of the single groove determines that it is not ideal to use a softer object, because when the single groove knife is working and cutting, the broken waste will easily block the groove, which causes the texture of the groove to become shallower and the cutting ability decreases; It's what we usually say the knife is not fast! Single slot is more suitable for hard objects such as iron, copper and steel.
Carbide rotary file features:
Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, etc., especially its high hardness and wear resistance, which remain basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500°C. It still has high hardness at 1000°C.
Cemented carbide is widely used as tool materials, such as turning tools, milling cutters, planers, drills, boring cutters, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fibers, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, and can also be used for cutting Heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult-to-process materials.
1. High hardness (86~93HRA, equivalent to 69~81HRC);
2. Good thermal hardness (up to 900~1000℃, keeping 60HRC);
3. Good wear resistance.
The cutting speed of cemented carbide tools is 4 to 7 times higher than that of high speed steel, and the tool life is 5 to 80 times higher. Manufacturing molds, measuring tools, life span is 20 to 150 times longer than alloy tool steel. It can cut hard materials of about 50HRC.

Operation note:
Carbide rotary files are mainly used on pneumatic or electric drive tools. The speed is generally 6000-50000 rpm. When using, clamp the tool in the right direction. The cutting method is preferably up-milling. Do not cut reciprocatingly. Pay attention when working. Chips fly away, prepare for work.
